Cadence not showing

I normally get to see the cadence from my Wahoo Kickr Core, but this doesn’t work anymore. I can still select it, but it stays orange (as you can see in the background of my picture) on the first page of the app, and also doesn’t appear during the rides. I think this problem started after installing the latest update on my Mac (Ventura 13.6.9). What can I do about it? Thanks for your advice.

I haven’t seen that problem before, but the things I would try are:

  1. Remove Documents\Zwift\knowndevices.xml to put all pairing information back to defaults
  2. If that doesn’t help, do a clean reinstall of Zwift using these instructions:
