On this route, the after a few miles of the 26 mile route, text that tells you what route you are on, and the distance remaining disappears. So it looks like you are off the route. Others have confirmed this behavior. However, if you keep riding you’ll eventually get the Badge.

Me too, did it twice. Halfway thru progress dies. Def a bug !

Hi everyone! This is Alejandro from Zwift. Regarding this situation with the Richmond Loop Around Route, we have identified an issue causing the route progress to disappear, and we are currently working on a solution for a future update.

Bug is still there. Can confirm I lost the route progress bar and immediately came to the forums to check. I did get the route by continuing and not making any manual turns or anything until the end and banner came up.
I can confirm the issue still exists. It happened to me twice.
