Bought Zwift Cog & Click, can't get it to work

I bought the Zwift Cog & Click but can’t get it to work.
My trainer is a Kickr Core 7A3F, firmware 1.5.36
The Click is updated to the latest firmware 1.1.0, I also have Zwift Play, latest software version 1.3.1

Zwift is installed on my PC, somehow I only can get it connected through ANT+, and I always have to connect the Play through my phone. The Click is not recognized in the Zwift program on my PC while this is recognized in the zwift companion app.

Anybody any idea what is going wring here?

You must not use ANT+ because virtual shifting won’t work. It’s essential to use Bluetooth. Perhaps Bluetooth on the PC is not adequate for the job. You may need to remove or disable the Bluetooth adapter in the PC and use a different one. Some tips:

Thanks! That makes sense…I just placed an order for a Bluetooth dongle. Will report back when it works

Update: connected to my iPad and all works now. Bluetooth dongle for desktop is on it’s way!

The TP-link BT dongle was delivered today, everything works now. Happy with the Cog, less noisy than using the cassette

Remove ant+.
Said many times.

Why do people repeat answers/solutions that have already been posted sometimes days before… just move on, whats the deal with that?

Thank you for your video. I am in a similar situation. I replaced my Tacx Neo with a Zwift Ride/KICKR CORE. The Neo was perfectly reliable with the PC’s integrated BT, but the new setup has been frustrating.

I have an external antenna on order. I assumed to disable the integrated BT receiver in device manager, but would not have thought about doing so in the BIOS.
