BMX Bandit Won (finally), but not available in my garage ;(

Hi,

Earlier today, I finally got the BMX bandit bike, but it has not appeared in my garage.

I was running Zwift on my Mac when I tried to late join the ride, but it wouldn’t let me, so after registering for the ride on my Mac, I swapped over to my Apple TV to take part in the ride itself. I didn’t log off Zwift on my Mac as I didn’t have time.

I have tried logging in and out and have done another ride since getting the BMX, but nothing has worked. Please can the bike be sorted for me, I’ve attached a screenshot of the notification at the end of the ride, the activity number was 1845007858152783872.

Losing progress when you have the game running on two devices is “normal”. That can result in losing unlocked items, activities, distance, XP, drops, etc.

You should contact support to ask for the bike.

hehe, changed back to something less offensive… my normal handle is GrumpyChops. The profile picture was temporary to go alongside my temporary name change (which a reversed yesterday) - was @TheRealKomradGrump - need a profile pic to match the name right??
