Dear Zwift, i was so happy to have won the Bmx Bandit bike on the first Zwift Spin 2025 stage today! I had one ride on it after selecting that bike in the garage - but
now its… gone? Its no longer in the garage, I am so sad… How can I get it back? Thank you very much for support.
First, log out and log in again, then re-check the garage.
If that doesn’t help, a common cause of lost progress (drops, XP, levels, unlocks) is having the game running on one device when you run it on a second device. You have to avoid that. The easiest way is to have the game on only one device.
If you contact support they can give it back to you.

The bike is not in my garage jet.
And since yesterday I miss another item 
Yesterday I won Groovy time trial wheels after riding the stage 2. They looked really cool! The same evening they went missing after a few hours…
Can you please have a look on the second missing item as well?
