I’m sure I’ve earned the mx rider bike during the ride of Mayan San Remo of The Big Spin, in the companion app it’s listed as an unlocked item, but I can’t find the bike in mt Garage.
So where is it?
Contact support and ask them to give it to you.
Lost progress or unlocks can be caused by running Zwift on multiple devices, so if there’s any chance you did that, pick one and remove it from any others if you want to rule out the possibility of losing things.
So I did, but still no MX rider, send then some screenshots,but never heard back from them.
