Hi, I have been Zwifting for many years with little to no issues and suddenly my avatar won’t move when I pedal and it is not showing any watts/cadence, only HR. It was working fine 2 days prior with no changes to my setup or Bluetooth. A bit of background: I’m running Zwift on my iPad and connecting all my sensors via Bluetooth in the app. I am running a kicker core (V2 I think). I recently bought the Zwift cog and click controls but have been using them since October with no issues. I have tried updating my Zwift and wahoo apps, deleting Zwift and re-installing, a firmware update on the kicker, forgetting the device in the wahoo app, and unplugging the core and reconnecting everything. Any help would be appreciated!
can you get power readings with the wahoo app?
No, I forgot to mention that. It also showed no power readings in the wahoo app.
sounds like a dead trainer, you should work with Wahoo support to see if they will replace it or troubleshoot it more with you.
