Hi, not used Zwift for a few months, updated apps via my iPhone and also viiiiva. I have a garmin speed and cadence sensor that connect to viiiva and displays on the Zwift screen but the avatar isn’t moving. I’ve tried disconnecting other devices and reconnecting viiiiva to no avail.
Any help would be really appreciated
Hey Andrew, I see you have a support conversation but can you also try unpairing everything except for your trainer to power source and controllable? Then start a ride. If you can move, after that go into menu and pairing to see if you can pair your speed and cadence sensors again.
