Avatar Not Moving with KICKR Rollr

Hi,

I just purchased a Wahoo Kikr Roller

I have set it up and connected all ok

On zwift when I log in I can connect to my roller correctly

But when I start a ride it’s not moving at all

I thought it was maybe I needed to calibrate so I down calibration in zwift app and it worked fine and picking up a reading

I also checked the wahoo app and I connected fine and was getting a reading when I was pedalling

I seen someone saying make sure roller isn’t connected to any other app but I am not, I make sure I’m not connected to wahoo before trying zwift.

I have tried all the reinstalling, turning off and on etc but not getting anywhere.

Any ideas?

The Rollr doesn’t have a power meter and is designed to work with a power meter you already own. Do you have one and have you paired it to the Rollr in the Wahoo app?

If you don’t have a power meter on your bike, you would have to pair the Rollr as a speed sensor in Zwift since it doesn’t transmit power on its own. When you do it that way the Rollr also does not support terrain simulation or ERG mode.
