It has happened to someone that their avatar doesn´t move at ALL! even though everything is connected? My free trial hast just expiried and it will be renew on one week .
Everthing is connected and when I go to ride I can even see the watts and cadence ok, but the avatar is not moving.
Does anyone knows if this is related to the free trial ?

Yes your avetar will stop moving when your trial expired or you rode the free distance.

I have similar issues yesterday. My free trial already finished. Now I’m on subscribed version. But my avatar not moving. It’s happened started from yesterday after I failed entering meet-up which it’s my event. After that my avatar not moving.
I’m having the same issue with an iPad and Tacx Neo2.
Updated and pacer or group rides, my avatar doesn’t move unless I’m doing 400 watt ++ !! Even then it just crawls.
Today I tried a workout and everything is fine but joining the Herd Tuesday Social ride - nothing.
Cadence, Power, HR, all there but no movement.
p.s. My subscription is up to date and I’ve been leading rides for 3-4 years with no problems.
Do you have Play controllers paired?

Go into Zwift settings and change the braking sensitivity setting all the way to the left. If that helps then ride on while you open a support case.
Thanks. Simply not pairing worked out for a TOW ride. How do I open a ticket?
Email support@zwift.com and sit back and wait. Don’t chase them up via email because apparently doing so puts you to the back of the queue again.
