I just bought the Elite Qubo digital smart B+ trainer. After i had installed everyting, my avatar on Zwift is not moving. On screen i can see my RPM, but nothing happens…
I have a ANT+ dongle, but no other powermeter. I tried to unpair everything, but nothing seems to help.
On the Elite software, everything is fine.
What can i do to start riding on Zwift?
What have you got paired as your power source on the Zwift pairing screen? It should be your trainer.

Make sure you aren’t running any other cycling apps at the same time. Your signal could be hijacked away from Zwift. If you’re still running into any issues, send us a support ticket and we can help!
