Having an issue where at the end of the ride Zwift fails to upload the ride and saves locally. When I log onto companion app, any ride over 30m 3s is cut at exactly this point.
Communicated with Zwift and they’ve stated this is an issue since update version 1.104.4. Is anyone else having this issue or has anyone found a workaround?
Not seeing that myself.
what about killing off the Zwift app instance between rides/sessions to see if the issue persists? I believe that is a double tap on the home button on the remote, navigate to Zwift card, double tap up on the ring
Was your Zwift support interaction with an AI agent or a person? Look down at the bottom of the reply to see.
I’ve also had two workouts cut short using Apple TV + iOS Companion combo. Last Thursday it was 1h 30m that was cut to 1h 14m. Today it was 1h 30m that was cut to 1h.
I’ve filed a ticket but only received garbage AI hallucinated answers thus far, supposedly it has been escalated to a human.
I’ve used this setup for well over 2 years consistently so it seems like quite the coincidence that it suddenly has issues twice in less than week. Has to be a regression in a recent update.
Yeah rubbish AI answer hallucinating. An actual human replied saying no there isn’t an issue with the version and to try a reset of router etc… will give it a bash tonight to see how it goes.
On any mobile device (including the phone without a screen called Apple TV) you should kill the app after each use.
I’ve got the same issue. Tried uodating my Apple TV, and deleting and reinstalling Zwift app. I lost 25km of stage 2 of TdZ in the companion app yesterday and it hasn’t uploaded to Strava at all. I’ve tried a few short test rides today and they’re not saving at all.
There is minimum distance you must ride - I believe it’s 2 km!?!
