I updated Zwift to v1.95.0 yesterday and now Zwift refuses to load/run without crashing. In other words it is now impossible to run Zwift on my ATV.
Same here, zwift just crashes when loading the course. Tried about 6 times in a row (with atv reboots in between) with the same behaviour.
Iāve done a full uninstall and reinstall now, hopefully that helps
After the update I canāt get it to load a course, everything seems fine up until that point.
Please ensure that you inform Zwift support of your issues. The problem got much worse after the most recent update (1.95).
Iāve been able to find a solution. I started to use a different Apple TV, which is the current model (A2843), and have had zero issues since then. The Zwift app also runs smoother and markedly better on this one. Perhaps some of the older models are unofficially unsupported or something?
This has been happening to me all through the summer and itās now beyond a joke. Like others have reported, Zwift will crash almost always on startup - even before the login screen. When it gets through login and when youāre then just about to start an activity it will often crash again. I gave up on it today and reverted to a Trainer Road workout on my iPad without any issues - so I at least know the turbo is working fine. Yes, I do a full reboot every time.
Same story here sadly - it seems to be getting worse despite updating Apple TV & zwift app.
Same problem here. Tried everything; force quit, reset box to factory setting, tvOS and Zwift latest versions but problem remains and actually gets worse. Reported to Zwift so await their response. Like others Iām using the 4th generation ATV box. The analytics file on the box for each crash seems to point to a CPU limit being exceeded (although Iām no expert). The later generation boxes have much faster processors so maybe itās time for Zwift to come clean and admit that this model is no longer supported.
Latest update installed, issue remains. I force quit, uninstall, factory reset, only have Zwift on the ATV.
Have you registered your issue with Zwift support. The more customers who complain, the more likely we are to get them to resolve this annoying problem!

Hi is there any update on this? Iāve sent John an extended screen video on August 3rd that shows the constant crashing. Not only during start up but also within the game after picking a route for a workout.

I rather fear that (from all Iāve discovered since I first reported this issue) it a problem limited to a certain type of Apple TV. I donāt think Zwift can resolve it for those of us who unfortunately have the āwrongā units. So far, Iāve received 2 refunds from Zwift by way of apology. Ten months on, the problem continues to spoil my Zwift sessions, every single time I try to use it!
Which model? Early on in this thread, you said that you were using a 4K Apple TV. Was that incorrect? Because others here seem to all be using the non-4k A1625 Apple TV HD.
Is anyone else having issues with Zwift crashing on Apple TV. I was trying to do the free ride for the route electric break on stage 2 of zwift unlocked and it keeps crashing.
I deleted the app and reinstalled it with no joy. I can get into the longer route watts of the wild and a normal route in Watopia no problem but the route electric break keeps crashing out.
Any help would be appreciated.
Similar issue in iPad for me - but mine did eventually load.
Another one thing that really causes a LOT of crashes for me over the past few weeks is doing workouts. If I select a workout, then a route, as per normal, it crashes. Seems the only way I can get a workout to load, is to go into a free ride somewhere, then only load the workout.

Same for me have an Apple TV was trying to do an ftp test, delete app and it still didnāt work keep getting kicked out every time once I clicked when to start.
Didnāt get to do a ride this morning 
Which model of ATV are you guys using? Thereās another thread about issues on the old A1625 HD model.
Oh no yeah thatās the one I am using, is the solve to get a newer Apple TV?
get the mac mini instead, way more powerful and the same size, a bit more expensive though
