Apple subscription renewal

Hello,

Even I have an available subscription, I cannot use Zwift. Already been in Restore Purchase, received a message that the renewal was done. But, nothing changes. Still don’t work.
Please advice.

I’m sorry that you’re unable to get back on track with your membership, even though it seems you already paid through the Apple Store.

  1. Make sure your Apple device is logged into the correct Apple ID email account in the app store that the purchase was made on.
  2. Log into the game with that same Apple device and select the “Click on the ‘Restore Purchase” link right below the ‘Join Now’ button and you should be fine.
  3. If it doesn’t work try to log out from your Apple ID and log in back.

It must be made using the original device you used to purchase for the first time.
