Hi! I just bought a tacx Neo and i wonder if i need to connect my macbook via an Ant+ key or Bluetooth is ok?

The Tacx Neo has both bluletooth and ANT+ protocols, so you can use either.
Ok thanks, but my watts seems to be like 10 sec late with the bluetooth…
You may be running into some bluetooth interference, so you can check through that link to see if that would help the issue.
If you are still experiencing a significant lag, then you can open a support ticket and we can take a look!
