Android Companion is not available since 3.34

Ooooops, It doesn’t fit

FYI again,

This app solves the problem of no GMS, Companion works now.
Jst add/‘clone’ Companion into its apps list.
device: (Android12 Realme GT Neo RMX3031)

I didn’t login my Google account in the whole step.

Please search and download it by yourself in Google, I can’t guarantee its security.

I don’t think this is the solution, AS Z avatar Dave leave short message here said:

Won’t in a few months.

i would rather see a update log know WHAT caused the problem

Sorry, that was in reply to the comment about the Hammerhead Karoo, which runs on Android 8.

I confirm, If starting Companion app through this app Companion is working.
One thing that worries me, this app asked Phone permissions and not work without it. I don’t want to give some unknown app the permissions to make calls. And I don’t know where or to whom.

Hey all - this discussion touches on several separate issues that we’d like to address.

The only official source for Zwift apps is the Google Play store. For the optimal experience it’s important to use the latest version of the Zwift Companion app and Zwift game app together. This is why Zwift does not provide an archive of older versions.

Country by country laws: Zwift complies with laws in each region, as well as Google’s terms of service.

Sideloading third party APK’s: Zwift advises against downloading an APK from a third party source. There’s too many security risks involved.

Rooted Android devices and custom ROMs: You take on both the the downsides and benefits of using custom ROM builds. They may have necessary components removed without your knowledge or Zwift’s, and there’s no practical way for Zwift to provide support for them.

Deprecated hardware: Starting in August 2022, Zwift is deprecating older versions of iOS and Android for both the game app and Companion app. If your hardware can be upgraded to a newer Android version - please do so.

What devices are supported for the Android Zwift Companion app? Please see this Support Hub article.
