Hi,
I have gone up Alpe du Zwift 3 times now, and in 2 of those rides the prize wheel at the top is has not shown up. None of these rides were during a special event, group ride or race. I was using the starter time trial bike, so I only get xp, and no power ups, when completing rides/laps - this is only relevant because I have read that if you have a power up stored, you might not get the prize wheel. I am a very new biker and going up Alpe du Zwift is tough for me, making this slightly frustrating.
Does anyone have any insight as to why this is happening or how it can be prevented?
