After Roll with Castelli, no kit unlocked

I enjoy riding on Roll with Castelli, but the last 2 events didn’t give me any kit unlocked.
Of course I completed the riding, and got the results.
What was the problem?

As above, please contact support. You should have received the jersey as a result of completing events in this series.

Same here, but I was able to contact Zwift support whereby my completion was confirmed. I should have the kit in my garage shortly.
