Did the Black celebration & Ryzons event, both on first day & group. Got notification of completion & kit unlocks BUT neither kit is in garage. Neither ride has the gift box icon.
Game is up-to-date. Have logged in & out numerous times since.
Must I do these over??
Happened to me last week with ZRS Wave Dash 5K. Completed it, see the results in companion app, got the email that I unlocked hat and glasses but they aren’t there. It’s been a week now and I check every day. No response from Zwift Support yet. 
I got the Ryzon kit and wore it for a ride. I then did TDZ stage 7 and now the Ryzon kit is gone.
