I completed the Black Sheep Cycling Man Ride yesterday morning however after completing the ride I didn’t unlock the kit.
Did anyone else have this issue or know of any reasons why I may not have unlocked it?
I have the same issue. I was hoping there would be some notification within a few days, but nothing.
I emailed Zwift after posting this showing I had completed the ride, they acknowledged the issue and added the kit to my garage for me.
After your comment, I emailed them. There was a quick acknowledgement and within a few days it was in the garage. Sorted out quite easily.
What will happen to the rides you already completed before…
