First time for me here as I got my first issue with the app today.
I completed a cycling activity but I cannot access its details on my feed or in the companion app. the activity appears but the details cannot load and I cannot retrieve my fit file either. It also did not upload to strava as it usually does.
I used the same setup as I always do : Macbook Pro M1 to run the app with the companion app on my iphone to manage the ride. I quit and saved the ride as I always do, on the macbook and everything seemed to happen as it usually does.
Do you know how I may access the details of my ride please and retrieve my fit file please?

Sounds like you may have lost network connection at the end of the ride during the save process? I’m not 100% sure on a Macbook, but you should be able to get the fit file in the “Activities” folder. On Windows PC it is located in Documents/Zwift/Activities, must be something similar on Mac.

Than you for your wise answer. I found the fit file and it is apparently damaged as Strava is unable to retrieve any data and displays an error
If ending the riding and saving it appeared to function normally, then I’m not sure how a network problem could be the problem. I guess it’s possible but usually that will result a hang while saving and an error message if it never succeeds.
Thank you ! I tried to use fit file tools (thanks for the discovery btw), the file has been processed without any issue but nothing appears when uploaded on strava…weird. The file must be too corrupted to be corrected
