when I do some activities, at the end I save them but I cannot see them afterwards neither on swift nor Strava
If you are using a PC (and I think Mac) you can find the .fit file in \documents\zwift\activities and manually upload it to Strava. For iOS this will help you:

Your issue is usually caused by internet connection issues.
all the .fit files are malformed I get the following messages from strava. My bike is in a place where the wifi is not good but I tried some activities letting letting my PC not far from the the box and it comes that the .fit are malformed
