If you find that a valid password is rejected, hit the Change User button and log in with the same credentials. To prove that the password is valid you can check by logging in on my.zwift.com
Thanks Paul, but can’t get past log in page and the change user button isn’t there. Zwift support have gone quiet!
Have you already removed the app and re-installed it? On a mobile device that should destroy the authentication data.
Yep Paul. Thanks. Deleted app, turned router off/on, changed password ( which helped with logging into myzwift online, but still unable to access via the app on iPhone, Apple TV or iPad!
Waiting on Special support team to get back.
OK sadly I do not have any other suggestions for fixing this on your own but I’d love to hear if they have a magic solution that doesn’t require a change on their end
I heard that you can swipe left on your account on the login screen to delete it. Not sure if that will help. Did you find a solution?
