Exactly - and the problem is they forgot (or just ignored) what the customer feel.
I believe I you are confusing economics with mathematics. Global economics doesn’t mean the same product has the same price worldwide. Does anybody get the same salary for the same job worldwide?
I think the TL;DR version of this is that zwift messed up, tried to correct something, did it very badly and people are quite rightly annoyed that something they were paying for (regardless of what zwift thought people were paying) has increased dramatically and suddenly.
arguing the economics of it is probably not helping the people who, in my opinion, are rightly aggrieved by this situation.
If I were zwift as a gesture of good will i’d have gradually brought prices in to line with what they thought they should be but they chose not to do this. Very bad PR in my book.
Consumer economics is supply and demand. They obviously feel they have enough customers paying what they feel their product is worth. The fact that zwift haven’t actually raised prices for years (including during a period of growing global inflation) tells me they are very sensitive to the price of their product.

Zwift sets the price… globally… Either pay it or don’t pay it. Zwift is in charge of price, customers are in charge of whether they think it is the correct value to them.

Yes, absolutely. And the OP was simply letting Zwift know about their dissatisfaction with the increase in TRY price. OP will likely cancel and hop on the free MyWoosh wagon, as many other Turkish subscribers will likely do.
while i feel for my brothers and sisters in turkey who are being shafted by this price hike, i am at least 90% certain that the team of 14 year old UoC graduates managing the books for a business with a $50 million revenue already ran the numbers through windows calculator or something before making this particular business decision
