5.2.2 Update

Started a ride yesterday and could not get hub to connect. Zwift in ipad, companion on iphone, 706b hub. Ive updated the firmware well over a dozen times. It will show completed but when I start zwift the same problems happen. Exit out, back to companion and the update never takes. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled both zwift on the ipad, companion on the phone, and restarted my router. Unplugged the hub itself as well as standing on one foot with my left hand in the air while drinking a glass of water. Nothing works. I keep getting the update is completed only to find is hasnt and a firmware update is required. Beyond frustrating.




Have you spoken with Zwift support about this? It sounds like something that they really nwed to work through with you.
