Hello. I just got an apple iPhone 17 with 26.2. Since then, I have not been able to see my map or Text with friends while using Companion on my phone. I run the game through a PC, and that is still fine. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Companion, and that does not seem to help.
They need to be on the same network, so check the new phone is on the same wifi and turn off wifi assist that can switch your phone to use cellular network instead of wifi if it is a poor signal. When you install the companion app make sure it has permissions granted to use location.
Mike, that was it! I have two networks running at my house. They both have the same name. ??? Maybe I did that when connecting eero to my new phone. Thank you so much for your quick help!!!

I’ve tried an iPad iPhone and a Lenovo device. I’m on the same net work. I think I set all the permissions correctly. But will no map. I’m using a wahoo kicker bike, an Apple TV Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections. I only have one network. We’re all in the same network after having used multiple devices, still no map on the companion app. Does anybody have any ideas? Thank you.
