I bought a zwift d500 and got a promo code for two months free I activated it as I started using it zwift but after the free trial I got the message I’m not a member and the code is not working anymore. I paid now for a monthly membership and as I can see my next payment will be from a month now.
Could you please explain why my code wasn’t working properly?

Hi, you’ll need to contact support@zwift.com as the majority of us are all just community members and can’t answer your question, plus Zwift won’t discuss account matters on the public forum anyway, so you are better off starting the email conversation.

I seem to think that all promo codes etc… no longer work.
