I received a welcome to zwift 1 month free membership. However, when I go to “ Promotions ” (redeem) and enter my promo code, it says “_ Looks like there was something wrong with that code, please try again. _”. Now I tried to message support, but they can’t help me and when clicking on e-mail us I get redirected to the same page again such that I cannot e-mail anyone. Can someone help me with using my code or reaching out to get help with this?

Bought via Zwift? I’m not aware that Tacx/Garmin offered Zwift trials.
I received a similar code with my Tacx Neo 2T, purchased from REI. My promo code worked, and is listed on the promotions page of my.zwift.com:
Probably need to contact whoever supplied the turbo to ask for a new code.
