Promo Code

I have a promotion code with a new turbo, when I enter it into my payment settings it does nothing. How can I apply this code to my account?

Hi Jason,

I am creating a support ticket for this to better track this issue. If anyone else runs into this, please submit a support ticket.

Thanks!

Me too, new Elite Turbomuin B+ with a month free, will not work

Hi Mark,

We created a ticket for you via the email you sent in.

Mark

We’ll handle it via the ticket but, for future inquires, under Settings > Payments when you log in to zwift.com.

Thanks!

Cheers Eric,

Hi there

I have the same problem with an Elite 1 month promo code - comes up as invalid :frowning:

Giles

Hi!

Same here Elite 1month code doesn’t work

Rasmus

  1. Make sure it is in all caps
  2. The Elite codes only work if you have an active membership with Zwift.

Thanks!

The code works if I go to payment and click “change method”, but after that the only payment methods are Paypal and Credit Card .

“Awesome! Enter your payment details to join Zwift and claim your free month courtesy of Elite. Watch for a credit on your first billing statement.”

I have already paid for my subscription through itunes.

Rasmus

Hello, I have an Elite trainer and I have the same issue.

Yesterday I used the one month promo code while I still had one day left of the 7 days of free trial, and I got the same message as Rasmun Penttinen got: “_ Awesome! Enter your payment details to join Zwift and claim your free month courtesy of Elite. Watch for a credit on your first billing statement. _”

Today, while enjoing my ride, the free trial ended the reason was “Distance Expired” or something like that. So I paid a month membership but when I go to “Promotions” and enter my promo code, it says “_ Looks like there was something wrong with that code, please try again. _”

According to what you said, it’s supposed to work but it is not.

Waiting for your clarification.

Best regards.

@Rasmus - So, funny enough, if you have an iTunes subscription you need to cancel that as Apple doesn’t allow codes created by us to affect it. I would cancel your iTunes membership to Zwift (make sure to cancel, not just remove auto-renew), and then sign up on our website.

@Luca - The coupon failed validation as it could not find it in our database. I’m going to open a ticket for you so we can discuss details that way.
