10-12 Week FTP Builder - Week 3 Day 2 (Strength)

I’ve progressing through the 12 week FTP Builder and I’m planning to do the above session tomorrow. It looks like an interval session but there are no ‘hard’ segments on the workout diagram.

Is there a problem with this workout or is it just not displaying properly? If it isn’t displaying properly, can someone tell me what power the 10 second efforts are targeted to be?

I’ve done the session yesterday and the 10 second efforts, not shown in the screen grab attached, were 2x FTP which is what I had assumed based on an earlier session (screen grab also attached)!
