1.4.5 new results screen didn't appear

Fully updated zwift, raced yesterday and at the finish the usual “old” results screen appeared.

Not a huge problem, just fairly sure it shouldn’t have happened.

I don’t believe everyone has it yet. I think it is a phased roll out with a complete roll out with the release of 1.46.

This is correct. Only PC/Mac users have it at the moment. Everyone will have it in 1.46, which should be releasing soon ™
