When I hit the refresh button on my profile absolutely nothing happens. My race team captain worked with the powers that be to refresh it after I upgraded to a new category and Zwiftpower didn’t reflect any current stats.
Can you provide more details about the things that you expected to change, and whether the stats you are talking about came from an event like a race or group ride, vs a solo workout or free ride? Did the new category come through to ZwiftPower? That should always work.

Nothing comes through from Zwift to Zwiftpower. My category upgrade happened a couple days ago but didn’t show up in ZP until my team captain contacted Zwift and they forced it to refresh. At that time my new FTP (from several weeks ago) and all other new stats’s came over along with the category change. Clearly refresh does work, but I can’t make it happen because when I tap my refresh button absolutely nothing happens. Been that way for a long time.
OK I think you need to contact them or have your team captain follow up on their previous interaction
do you save all your rides as private? Not sure if that has any impact, but it might?
Possibly related: I have my mobile (Samsung S26 Ultra) set to show ‘Desktop Site’ in Chrome for Zwiftpower.com. The refresh profile link does absolutely nothing like you say, in fact it’s not even a link as far as I can tell. If I take it off ‘Desktop Site’ mode then it does work as expected.
It always works fine on a desktop browser for me.
What you say about the link not even appearing to be a link is EXACTLY what I’m experiencing. Thanks for the suggestion about Desktop Site mode. I’ll give that a try.
