ZwiftPower - Cannot Find Zwift User

Good Morning All,

I wonder if you can help me, I am looking to register my account with ZwiftPower, I have opted in on Zwift and pulled the correct User ID but still it does not seem to recognise me. I competed in a race yesterday ‘Evo CC Sprint Race Series’ - 15:45UK time. It is showing my name on the results and that when hovering over my name it shows my rider ID, but when inputted it doesn’t recognise it.

Any help would be much appreciated

You’ve paired your account but haven’t completed registration on Zwiftpower itself.

I have registered on ZwiftPower, just for some reason won’t accept my Zwift ID. Double checked all steps and still won’t work :man_shrugging:t3:

Definitely opted in on Zwift.com?

Try toggling it off, wait a bit, then opt in again and see if that works.

Definitely opted in, opted out this morning and opted in an hour ago again. Still no luck. Really strange! Do you know if there is a direct email for support?
