Zwiftcog Plastic lock ring broken out of the box

Hi,

As mentioned in the title, the plastic piece used to screw the Zwift Cog together was broken right out of the box when I opened my product.

Would it be possible to receive a replacement part?

It’s hard to get a good picture, but the rim is broken

You could also replace it with a metal cassette lockring if you want to pop into a bike shop for a quick fix. Torque is supposed to be only 5Nm so don’t over tighten it.
