Missing cog?

Hello,

I have just ordered and received the new Zwift Ride with KICKR CORE 2. I followed the manual guide but it looks like a cog is missing :

How am I supposed to mount the chain if there’s no cog ? I have an additional one in the box however I have no clue how to mount it and I don’t even have the right tools.

Any one faced this issue ? I can’t contact the support….

There’s a diagram of the intended assembly in this document

You can always contact support by emailing support@zwift.com, but assuming you got all the necessary pieces I think you can probably sort it out. You would need a lockring tool and a chain whip to get it off the freehub. It certainly was not supposed to show up in that state and I imagine they would probably send you a replacement Cog assembly on a new freehub if you ask.

I’d go with @Paul_Southworth’s suggestion to email customer support.
That’s definitely not right, and should have never been delivered in that state.
