Got the wrong produkt

Hi. I ordered Zwift Cog und Click Upgrade Kit Multi-Trainer for my Kickr V6. I recieved the No Freehub version. There is no possibility to find a phone number the website or any other information how to proceed. Anyone an idea how and where i can get someone on the phone to handle this. I am in Germany. Thank you.

Zwift doesn’t offer support by phone. You can email support@zwift.com

If you have the original Shimano compatible freehub on your Kickr V6 you can also install the Cog on it. That will be a quicker solution. You would need a Shimano lockring tool and a chain whip to swap it for whatever you have installed on the freehub now, or take it to a bike shop and they can do it in a minute.
