Running Zwift on Windows 10, 64 bit. After closing Zwift, <Launcher_log.txt> is still open. The file cannot be accessed for viewing and hangs my data backup process, as it is in use by Zwift.
Scott, did you ever get an answer to this? I am having the same problem and can’t figure out how to fix it. Thanks!
Just close the Zwift Launcher (right click the icon in the system tray and choose Exit). Then you can access the log file.
It looks like a reply was just posted (see Jesper Rosenlund Nielson), but I’m not at my computer, so I haven’t tested it yet.

It did work for me - hard to believe it was such a simple fix!
