Glad I’m not going the only one, been frustrating me all evening! Warm up and kiss race not appearing on Strava too, but is on Zwift companion app though. Also Had an issue that I could only join the event via the app, wouldn’t let me join via my pc game screen - anyone else experience this?
So I used the app today for the first time on my Galaxy Note 8. It seemed to work flawlessly except it didn’t download to garmin or strava.
First time poster on this forum as well. I see this is a problem across different platforms… what can we expect to happen? I really hate the idea of having to manually download a fit file. Is this the only option?
We’ve been investigating Garmin and I’m forwarding this thread over! We have seen a spike on our side with Strava uploads as well.

Just throwing in my lot with this. My rides last Thursday and Sunday (all simple free rides, not workouts, not group rides or races) uploaded successfully to Strava but not Garmin, tonight’s ride failed to upload to either.
Granted it takes liteally seconds to download from my.zwift and upload to GC but that isn’t really the point. For the last 18 months auto-upload has worked flawlessly, now not working at all.
That’s from the Windows desktop app on Win10.
Just to add to the voices of dissatisfaction, I too am having the exact same issue and have been manually uploading to Strava for a few days. I am using an iOS device.
Auto upload to Strava worked perfectly prior to this.
Zwift, please solve this issue ASAP.

I too am having the same issue. My Zwift rides are not uploading to Strava. I was however, able to manually upload by downloading the Zwift file but this is a slow and time consuming. Auto upload to Strava worked every time prior to drop shop update. ( Instructions for manual upload below)
If your activity has not automatically uploaded your Strava account, you can still upload it manually.
- From a computer
- Navigate to my.Zwift.com and click on MyActivities.
- Find your missing activity and click download. The activity will be in the form of ZIP file.
- Navigate to Log In | Strava. Click ‘Choose File’ and select the ZIP file.

My 2 cent, it’s not that it is not uploading to Strava, there’s just a massive delay as far as I’ve experienced.
Yesterday’s workout appeared on Strava some 3 hours after having finished the ride…
Same here. Support poorrly advised it was a network issue and gave some info on partial rides. It was neither. Loaded to TrainingPeaks and GC fine
Same issue since last update. Apple TV won’t upload to Strava since yesterday evening (morning ride uploaded correctly).
I have the same problems. I use the Apple TV app. I see it syncs to TrainingPeaks but not to Strava. It worked fine until the lastest updates of the AppleTV app and/or companion app (this I always use).
I now sync the manually via the .fit file upload of Strava
I am having the same problem all of a sudden.
Vincent, a few hours after I posted this, my data transferred to Strava but not Garmin. This morning I did a .fit file upload to get the data to Garmin. I had a few friends that had the same issues and I’m sure it wasn’t an andriod thing. Also worth noting my data transferred to TP right off the bat…
Have same issue with Zwift ands Strava sync. Zwift is connected to trainingpeaks too but that did sync. Last 2 workouts didnt sync. One was freeride, 2nd costum workout.

Here same issue for 3 days. Zwift doesn’t upload to Strava anymore. I thinkalso it’s caused by the last update Why don’t we get a reaction of the Zwift people to this issue. Mostly all people are using Strava as third party !! I am using IOS 12.1.4 (Ipad)

Vincent from Zwift has already stated in this thread that they are aware of the issue and are investigation it.
On today’s ride it’s working fine again. Immediatly uploading to Strava. Thx Zwift-team!

Since drop shop update it either doesn’t upload to strava, or uploads hours later… by which time I’ve manually uploaded and then have duplicates.
