I’ve had the problem for some time that Zwift doesn’t save my videos anymore. Files > Videos > Zwift are created for the video, but the file is empty. No more videos are stored on my phone. I checked the setting at Zwift, uninstalled and reinstalled Zwift and restarted my phone. I have no idea anymore. Does anyone know the problem and can tell me what else I can do?

I’ve now hunted down my Zwift video captures and, sure enough, zero byte files from 5th December onwards…
Windows.old folder was created late on 4th December, so it seems a reasonable conclusion to draw that the update to 24H2 was the point from which Zwift video captures broke.
So is this a Windows bug or a Zwift bug? How do we get it fixed?

Hello, same problem here on Windows 24H2.
From the logs, it comes from “CreateSinkWriter” :

Hardware list needs to be updated to include Ryzen 9 ai hx370. If a 10th gen i3 can manage it the AMD definitely can

It may not be a hardware problem. If you’re running Windows 11 24H2 that might be the issue. A few of us have reported video screenshots going AWOL following the update. No comment from Zwift after several days.
I’m running Intel i9 and RTX 4070 and my videos have gone, replaced by zero byte files instead of actual video clips.
Same here, frustrating and it seems like there is no help to get from Zwift either

This has been reported many times, perhaps you should merge all threads and push this up. 117 error on update to 180 yesterday so clearly there is still an issue since the noted Windows update for some of us.

Hi my videos have not recording on my PC. It stopped after the 15th of December. Have uninstalled Zwift on my PC cleared any data and yet it still does not Record loads of space have i9 showing, but there’s zero bites in video

Okay I’m not the only one, my last video was on december 12th, and from the 13th onwards until today they are all with 0kb.
Just posting here to say that both of my Windows machines have had this same problem since updating Windows. Subscribing to this topic in hopes of seeing a reply from Zwift…
