Zwift updating for hours but not showing % complete. I started the update when I opened Zwift and had an update prompt but now it just says updating with blue bar across the bottom. Right clicked Zwift launcher and it is showing version 1.0.50 game version 1.0.48638.
Is that the latest version ?
I can’t see how to stop the update - my internet speed is terrible. Can I stop and use old version ?
Currently on lockdown self isolating and cant use Zwift !! :-((

That is not the current version, it sounds like your network connection dropped during the update.
Can you force close the update/zwift and move to a place where your device will get better reception?
Sometimes there is another prompt that ask if it is ok to make changes to the system, see if there is another window in the back ground.
Press ALT + Tab to see what else is running.
I have sutdown pc and that has forced closed it. Zwift wont let me use it until I allow update, so I will try again. Unfortunately I cant move anywhere for better reception this is as good as it gets !

Did you try ALT TAB while the Zwift app is trying to update?
Yes.
However since force shutting it down the update has now downloaded - I think it just locked up and new to zwift I didn’t know how long these updates take.

can you use your phone as a wifi hotspot to download the update?
with a good network connection and a decent PC they should only take a few seconds, no more than a minute.
I am having the same issue - mine stays on updating screen and does not move. Tried hot spotting thru my phone - nothing. I’ve had nothing but dramas trying to set this program up!!!
try shutting your pc down completing then restarting to force close the app - that worked for me, then the update only a few minutes
