I have a subscription to Zwift - money has come out. On level 37. Middle of a hard ride it tells me that I have 10km left of my trial
Do you happen to pay for Zwift through an Apple Subscription? Was the monthly sub recently due for payment? If so, I had the same problem a couple of days ago.
The solution I used was to “Restore Purchases” on the start screen on Zwift (this was on an iPad). When I logged in there was a FREE TRIAL warning and under that was “Restore Purchases”. This required logging back in to Apple but it seemed to reconnect Zwift with Apple and check the payment information.
