Zwift training

Hi folks

If I am doing zwift training sessions, should I keep the smart trainer on ERG mode or take it off? I find holding a certain wattage on the smart trainer alot more difficult compared to a simple set up.

Leave ERG mode on, it is supposed to be difficult :grin: :muscle:


ERG will keep your power steady, so you don’t need to shift gears.

If you turn ERG off you need to use your gears to keep your power in the correct range, you can also use the INCLINE button to adjust the resistance.
