I just completed the final stage on Zwift Tour for All. However, for some reason Zwift hasn’t logged the event and even though recognizes I’m not Zwifting anymore isn’t appeal to load my ride or show the full details. Has anyone else had this issue and if yes, how best to fix it?

Have you completed all five stages? You have to have all five stages credited. If that’s the case, you should see the kit in your garage the next time you log into the game.
If you are seeing all 5 stages credited but no kit in garage - please write in to support@zwift.com and we’ll get it sorted out.
I was in a group ride and I didn’t have any error messages. Everything seems to be fine. I rode for a while longer after climbing Keith Hill and saved. I never got credit for the ride and it didn’t write to Strava like it normally does.
I and three friends took part in the 20:00 Tour for All Stage 5 Grouo race and none of our race data appears to have been properly registered.
Companion app shows us completing about 30kms of the ride but not completing. Very frustrating given that it was a hard ride in the conditions yesterday.
Something very weird happened on my last stage today.
I entered the D race at 6:13 BST and managed to get my best ever live result. I stayed with the main group, no one went flying off the front from the start and finished 4th in the sprint.
The real craziness happened when I went to zwiftpower and only one rider was DSQd due to going over the wattage limits. Very odd, in stage four I went from 34th to 4th when the filtering was done.
Is the anti sandbagging starting to work? I hope so, it was nice racing against people I should have been racing for a change
There are lot of posts about issues in getting the race recognized. My race 3 shows in Companion, Strava and I even got Zwift “thank you” mail, anyway I am not in the results nor I got the tick for completion. Opened a support ticket 6 days ago, no answer yet.
There is who says it’s connectivity, other says “it happens in large events”, however I can’t see any answer from Zwift.
Anyway you can find a lot more here or even on Zwift Power forums… the first who get an answer please inform the others… meanwhile I stopped doing big events (or small)…
Hi there,
I have completed all stages of the tour and companion has recognised this but I have not received the kit for completion of the tour, also how does gc work???
The GC you refer to is a zwiftpower thing not a zwift thing. Zwiftpower has its own forum, but from memory you get good results for beating a lot of people especially people that are ranked higher than you.
I also completed Tour for all stage 5 (Group C) Ride completed today at 7:00 am EST Time but appears to be recorded as a workout that I was required to quit before joining the group ride. Companion app and Zwit Power both show I completed all 5 stages. Is there a kit I am supposed to for completing all 5 stages. Reported to customer support.
I think that the better hope to get some answer is by opening a ticket, but it would take a lot to get an answer.
Here on the forums (including this thread) you probably already saw how many people have the same problems, and nobody got an answer from Zwift so far as far as I know it.
Same issue for me, STAGE 5 Completed, have screen shots and rides in both Zwift and Strava show the rides, but the TfA, isn’t reflecting the ride or show its completed. Hard to stay motivated for Tour events when people have so many issues with them.
Hi, I haven’t rode any stage yet, but was trying to join one of this events yesterday and I couldn’t do it from the PC, it let me join other events but none of the Tour for All ones, any reason for this? Do I need to register somewhere else?
Also, I’ve been having an issue where I join events through the Companion app and then when I open zwift on my PC I’m not appearing in the event.
I would appreciate some help with this, it is really frustrating.
