Did you update your companion app?
I’ve closed it and opened it again, and tried logging in and out. Is that what you are asking?
No, he means check your App Store for an update to the companion app to make sure it is the newest version.
Hi Shuji, thanks for your interest.
May 8 can’t see time would have been around 4pm Perth Australia, Companion showing “activity details could not be loaded”
- Was running late so went straight to event and warmed up on trainer in holding area.
- Continued riding in same world for about five minutes to cool down and send a few ride ons.
- No, chose the stay option and ride a cool down as above.
- Nearly having a hear attack, who put that gradient in just before the final sprint, nearly killed me. Did save though.
Thanks.
Latest version, logged out, logged in, the problem remains.
Although it’s actually not really a problem for me. I know that I drove the Stage
Good morning Shuji
-
I stated directly with the Tour;
-
I continue riding due to the fact that the system does not show the end of the stage (I was surprised);
-
I remain in NY;
Warmest regards

Please check again - your badges should appear now.
For those reading along - best practice is to save & exit immediately after you see the achievement banner show at the bottom of your screen. If you continue riding, you may be unknowingly starting a new route / achievement goal. If that next thing happens to be back-to-back structured workout, the game reprioritizes your focus to the second workout .
Same holds true if you’re just doing a cooldown. The game can’t read your true intent to do a 10 minute cool down vs an entire structured workout. So save & upload please.
Amazing, it does. Thank you!
Thanks Shuji for the good job. It works.
Ride on
Continuing the discussion from Zwift Tour For All FAQ:
Hi
I made the third stage too, it appears as done but a few hours later it disappear.
I received the email with the confirmation but after that it disappears in the companion app🤷🏼♂️
Good morning, it is ok
Thank you very much indeed
Warmest regards
Gabriele
Hey Shuji, now shows as stage two complete, will save more quickly in future (was having trouble walking to the keyboard after the race!!) Thanks so much.
Excuse me for asking… isn’t it logical for Zwift to hold that a continued event ride is… an event ride?
Hello again.
Additional question: If I drive on the 4th stage ADZ and have to save immediately after the finish, then I lose the nice descent. How can I save and still keep it open and continue driving?
Thank you
I don’t think you have to save immediately. Just don’t start a workout or go to another event.
I did some Bologna event. it ended at the top of the hill. I decided to reap the benefits of descending to the starting point.
I wasn’t credited…
Shuji,
I wrote that week ago, couple e-mail to support and did not receive any reply. I understand that your team could be busy. Is it possible to get some feedback. Could be that issue fix or forget. After that I did stage 2 & 3 and did not have any issue only during stage 1, as you could see. I will appreciate for you reply.
Best Regards,
Andrey
Good afternoon,
I have some issue as many other rider have on the Swift Tour For All on the Stage 1. I did that race on the 7 May 2020 at 19:10pm (Moscow time). I completed that race in category B. after race was completed, I save and close that ride and start other ride after that. Late on, I found in my activity that my race and ride after that race showed only like one ride in the log. But logs in Strava and Trainings Peaks showed separate, that mean when I completed activity and click save everything worked .
Some things in the Companion it did not showed that I completed Swift Tour For All stage 1. You could see in the attached file number 236, that I completed that race.
Could you fix that issue?
Best Regards,
Andrey
Thanks a lot for help. It was corrected.
