Zwift Tour For All FAQ

I completed Stage 1 on a TT hoping to get credit for the Cermic Speed mission yet it didn’t count. Is this a bug or can I not mix events/missions?

I think Rapha underestimated the demand for the limited edition kit. Any hope that more will be available to order at some point? Getting links to buy in the completion notifications, but not available to order…

Zwift, it looks like you have the categories incorrect for racing. Why would C cat be 3.2-5? Weird. Please mirror zwift power.

This a great concept, but the categories are confusing.
When I signed up A was set to 1-5W/kg and B was set to 1-3.2W/kg
I assumed that A was incorrect and was supposed to be 3.2-5W/kg
However when I finished I noticed that the leaderboard had riders from A,B,C and D. Which made not sense as C and D were doing a different race all together.

Can you give some clarity on this please. Also, is it possible to do both the long and short races from each stage.

Would it be possible to get an additional event for around 6am GMT+10(AEST)? It’s a very popular time for Australia east coast, the closest time at the moment is 5am and 7am. One is too early (I know HTFU) and the other is too late for working people…

H @Rob_Woolfson

Welcome to the forum

A and B is the long race.
C and D the short race.

Cat A and B will race in A or C depending if they want to race long or short.

Thanks @Gerrie_Delport thats what I thought. Just when I finished the A race in 66th place the results that popped up on the screen showed me in 300th place behind a bunch of riders in B.
Though the app is showing it correctly.

Am I also able to enter the short race as well?

Great Initiative - Tried to ride srage 1 today as my first ever group ride. Good experience initially but unfortunately did not get to finish. Was doing great at close to 20 km. Up comes a message with a placement and time and 2 bottoms - stay here and return to network… aomehow the logic fails - presssed stay here as I wanted to stay in the event … but then found myself in the rain on the volcano … :-(.
Will not hold me back from completing it later

Hi @Johnny_Olesen, welcome to the Forums!

I think you misunderstood, the “stay here” button comes up after an event if you were moved to a different world for the event. For example, you started your ride in London and then joined the event which took place in Watopia. After the event is finished you are given the option to stay in Watopia or return to London or wherever you started before the event.

Sounds like you did finish if you saw that message.

Same here: Stage 1 put in as run. Wondering if they’re aware of it.

Hi. They are aware of it. Look a little bit higher, the answer has been posted by a forum admin. All the best, Franck

Hi all,
I did the first race but I cant see my position after the race in the activity info.
Anyone with the same issue?

Are you positive it was a race and not one of the group rides?

I understand how Zwift have set these events up but I don’t see why they use the established category letters with a different meaning. It’s unncessarily confusing.

I agree, enough of the A and B cat racers are already joining cat C, this just reinforces their bad behavior

Looking at your profile you did the Group ride, Group rides don’t have results.

They do, in ZwiftPower. (Like all the other proper results.)

I assume he was referring to the activity info on the companion app and Zwift.com.

Yes it is in Zwift power, although this is a ride not a race.

Zwift power will differentiate between the Race and Group ride.
