I’m trying to watch the live races on the GCN app and stage 1 is not available to replay, do you have to watch them live? If you miss it then it can’t be replayed later?
Personally, I would prefer Zwift to focus on being a good gaming platform, and leave the virtue signalling to the people who use it, if that’s what they want to do.
In my opinion, they should just focus on excellent customer service, technical excellence, and value for money. Otherwise it may not survive long term.
Right now, I’m not sure they even realise how annoyed customers are that the level of technical support is inadequate, the pricing model is unfair, and feedback on long term complaints and popular improvements for the user interface have not been addressed.
Am I the only one who finds it annoying that resources can be deployed quickly for special events while basic routine problems take weeks to answer?
Please, Obsess over your customers instead! Great things will happen.
I can’t find where to watch these pro races.
Gcn app. Live TV tab along the bottom.
Yeah. I don’t want to download that app unfortunately.
Then you’ll need Eurosport or access to a “Eurosport platform”.
Just did the 1700 ride (A) - has also been credited as a run in companion app. Have never run on Zwift!
@Mike_Rowe_PBR
GCN’s video is viewable live, then there’s a highlights package after the fact.
Eurosport’s show is viewable after the event ends, but 1) it is subscription only and 2) geo-restricted to their European footprint
Folks, we’re looking into the glitch where Tour For All credits are not applying correctly. We’ll keep you updated on this thread.
Which time zone is used?
Hi @Andreas_P2 welcome to Zwift forums.
Can you clarify your question? Are you asking about the event schedule, or the live broadcast?
Should I bother participating in a group ride tonight for Stage 1, or should I wait until this issue is fixed? Do you anticipate being able to retroactively fix crediting Stage 1 rides?
Hi @Colin_Rhodes welcome to Zwift forums.

UPDATE: A fix has been made. Tour For All stages moving forward will credit as they should.
-
We will retroactively correct the credit, and your progress box should be updated by the end of this week.
Thanks Shuji! Happy to hear that there will be a retroactive fix
Hi
The Zwift Tour for All for Cobiv19
Thanks
How is it that you will be able to retrospectively fix this but not errors like route badge awards?
TL; DR: Some things can be credited, other things can not. Believe me, if we could wield the magic wand to unbreak everything, we’d have worn all the magic out of it by now.
@Andreas_P2
I’m still not clear on what you’re asking, but when you sign up for Stage 1, 2, 3, etc, those events will display in your local time as determined by the time set on your computer that runs the Zwift game app.
I did a ride of Stage 1 today (the short version) and it incorrectly shows as having completed Stage 1 of Running instead of Cycling. I do run in Zwift too. Anyone else experience this? Nothing more than a nuisance at this point, just wondering why.
@DUKE_LEGSTRONG welcome to Zwift forum.
Yes, that glitch is the one I reference upstream. The cause has been fixed, and should not occur moving forward.
Additionally, we’ll fix the incorrect run credit and move it ride by the end of the week.
