Zwift Tiny Race - Wrongly Routed

Morning,

Tried to do Zwift Tiny Race today at 4.01pm UK time

Stage 1 was fine and all worked ok
Stage 2 - I ended up in starting pen with only a couple of people. When race started we briefly joined the main group only to be routed a different way for the whole race leaving me to ‘race’ completely by myself?? Not a single bike in front of me - although as can see in this picture someone was only one second ahead. Needless to say I didn’t do well…

Stage 3 - again started in a different pen? So quit and tried to logout etc. missed race

Afterwards find that Zwift thinks I did Stage 1 and then Stage 3 although Zwiftpower thinks I did 1&2

Would be great to k ow what’s going on as would like to complete one of these in future

Cheers

@Eric-Schlange-ZI might know about this, or could take it to the events team if appropriate

Did you sign up for all four races ahead of time?

I understand that if you signed up for more than one race, the ‘join event’ might be asking you to go to the pens of race 3 rather than to race 2 because they are both in the program and both start in less than 30 minutes after race 1 ends.

All four races today were in the same section of Watopia.

Morning. I did sign up for them ahead of time but only about 3.45pm UK for start at 4.01pm.

The first stage was fine - cooled down for about a minute then clicked on the join event bottom left. That’s when I ended up in a pen with only 2 or 3 others. Set off and briefly joined the rest of the pack but then went off on my own.

The picture I added (and I have a video) show me in Stage 2 with all the other competitors but they went a different way?? Zwift then said I did Stage 3 after although as I said Zwiftpower has me down as doing Stage 2…..

If you were in the pen for the wrong race then you wouldn’t have started at the same time as everyone else. Obviously something went wrong.

There have been races where a few riders were misdirected.

There’s no record of you joining race 3 on ZP.

Zwift support may be helpful.
