I installed the Zwift Smart Frame. It took some figuring out how to install it properly, because the video didn’t clearly show how to mount the frame itself onto my Zwift HUB.
I secured it properly using the included thru-axle.
Now I’m riding on it, but I notice that I can easily wobble a bit from left to right—is that normal?
Is it the legs/base of the trainer causing the wobble? Perhaps they aren’t on a level floor? I know many people with the ride frame and they don’t have any issues with stability.
It should be very solid. I wonder if you have the correct adapters on the trainer.
Hi @Niels_De_Wit, welcome back to the Forums! Thanks for sharing your setup experience.
As Paul mentioned, the Smart Frame should feel very solid once mounted correctly. If you’re noticing side‑to‑side wobble, it’s worth double‑checking that the correct thru‑axle adapters are installed. You can find the details in our support article here, with the relevant section highlighted based on your trainer: Zwift Smart Frame setup guide.
