Zwift ride smart frame not evenly stable?

Hello,

During the Black friday discount i ordered the Zwift ride smart frame + Wahoo kickr core zwift one with 1 year membership.
The bike is placed on a flat surface with the Zwift training mat underneath it.

All seems to work just fine, but there is one thing that bothers me:

When bringing force to my left pedal, everything is fine and the front of the bike seems pretty stable (it moves a little to the left but that is just working as intended i.m.o.). When bringing force to my right pedal the bike leans more to the right then it does to the left (you can notice this specially in the tablet holder area). So you can really see the difference when sitting on the bike and putting some watts on the pedals, left side is all good, right side not. Also when going in a standing position you can feel it even more and the bike just doesn’t feel stable anymore.

My question is, what can i do? Anyone else having this problem?
I used the 142 mm non drive adapter and the little adapter on the other side that goes over the already installed adapter on the orange cog.

Thanks in advance!

I would check the floor with a spirit level first, my floor is not level and it gave the same sensation as yourself, felt like I was going to fall off on the right side when sprinting, I sorted it by building a homemade rocker plate and leveling rocker to the floor.

Good idea! Do you have a picture of what you made?

Thanks in advance!

I do but my PC does not recognise my phone to upload the pic

Its basically a 3ft x 2ft piece of MDF 22mm with a 4x2 under it and memory foam as dampners, I have a kickr V5 which allows me to lower it as if I was using a bike with a smaller front wheel so I don’t need to raise the front wheel up, with the Core you would be better maybe with a Rocker plate that takes the front wheel as well as I don’t think the Core lowers!?

Ah thanks, it’ss hard to imagine without the picture haha.

Im having similar issue, big tilt to left, had cardboard under but wasnt fixing, went and bought a spirit level and turns out ground is level, trainer is level, but something in the frame is not. Ive had it for 8weeks now and been great besides this, ive only just got back into riding so taken me a while to realise there is potentially a fault

Thanks for your reply, i will try to record it (it is what they asked @ support) and send the video to them.

been dealing with this, originally thought it was the trainer and there is some evidence it could be but the floor and trainer are all showing level, the ride sits on it correctly but it is still not level (not to mention wahoo telling me to kick rocks) so i finally saw ths and realized maybe it wasnt the trainer or the floor but actually the ride, which is a sigh of relief but also a concern as I bought the ride partly because i thought my bike was struggling to sit on the trainer correctly and thought it was more of a trainer issue until reading this

Have you found a fix?

If you want to prove the trainer is level, I suggest putting a spirit level on the freehub body. If that’s level, and you have the right adapters installed, then it has to be the frame.

ive checked all the levels on the feet of the trainer and put the level on the top of the flywheel and every things been level with no adjustments spacers, shimming etc, but the seat top tube and handlebars all unlevel which i had only checked today with 2 different levels since i had always been under the assumption it was the trainer with the asymmetrical leg lengths and hadnt been smart enough to check the frame itself and yes i have checked the adapters mulitple times when i had taken the frame off to adjust the trainer.
