Zwift smart frame is defective. Contacting support has been a challenge

I had set up the smart ride (frame, handlebar, trainer) following instructions very carefully. Once it was ready, I started a test ride but noticed some strange noise from the chain. After a couple minutes I realized that the noise is because the chain ring is bended.

I have been trying to contact support for a solution but no answer so far, and the bot they use in the chat is useless in this case. I might have to return it and once I get the refund buy another one.
